Booking
Daily service and special package, we kindly request a minimum of one day advance booking.
Further Booking
For any further bookings, please be advised to contact our reservation department directly. Our babysitters and nannies are not permitted to accept bookings directly due to our strong policy.
Important Notice:
In case nanny accepts a booking without informing our company, please note that the service will not be under The Family Service's responsibility.
Hourly Service
For hourly service, the working hours are flexible as needed but minimum hourly service is 5 hours per day.
Note: You may use fewer hours if needed however, the payment will still need to meet the 5 hour minimum. If the booking hours have already been confirmed and you suddenly wish to shorten the service during the booking, please kindly note that the payment will still remain as per the confirmed reservation.
Additional Fee
- Taxi Fee: A taxi fee per route of 300 THB is required if our staff finishes work from 9 PM.
- Holiday Surcharge: An additional fee 1,500 THB (For Nanny and Babysitter) per day/Nanny will be applied during the Christmas, 24th-25th December and New Year's Day 31st Dec - 01st Jan.
Accommodation
For live in service it is necessary to provide accommodation for the nanny.
Cancelation Policy
In case if you cancel at least 7 days in advance for daily, hourly and special package service than there will be no cancelation fee.
Arriving Later than Schedule
Delays of up to 15 minutes are not charged, if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, it will be counted as an additional 30 minutes, if the delay exceeds 40 minutes, it will count as 1 full hour.
Other
Clients are required to provide essential information to the company including the age, number of children and client WhatsApp number, as well as any existing illnesses. It is crucial that the information provided is accurate and truthful. Failure to do so may result in the company not assuming any responsibility.
The Ratio of Nannies to Children
The booking for caring for one Child means the nanny will look after only that specific Child, and it cannot be switched between children. Our process is designed to assign the right nanny for your family's needs.
Note: If you book for one child but later request care for two children, an additional charge will be applied automatically.
For safety and quality care reasons, our policy dictates that one nanny can oversee a maximum of two children. If there are more than two children, a second nanny is required. In situations where the children are aged over 10 years old, we are open to discussing the pricing structure. It's important to note that, they must be factored into the care provision, as we take full responsibility for all the children under our care.
In the Event of a Request for a Nanny to Work Outside the Normal Schedule
Please be advised that our care service is designed for guest in Hotel, Villa assistance. If you require the nanny to accompany you outside, we very happy to follow children and family schedule.
Water Activities Safety:
Our nannies are allowed to supervise your children only in kids' pool as safety is our highest priority.
Requested Nanny
In the event that your preferred nanny is not available, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your preferred nanny is unavailable, we will assign another qualified nanny to fulfill your needs. The family service nanny babysitter and senior care.
Children with Medical Conditions
In situations involving children with medical conditions or congenital disorders, we kindly ask that clients inform us prior to booking a babysitter service. Please note that the company reserves the right to adjust service fees or decline the booking under such circumstances.
